Pre-military academies, Nahal groups and youth groups

Jobs for the whole group — personal attention for each person

We find jobs for pre-military academies, Nahal groups, graduating classes and youth groups. We place the whole group together or in stages, with one steady contact person, concentrated interview days and organized training.

What the group track includes

  • Group or phased placement

A whole group can be placed together, or spread across several employers according to participants’ preferences.

  • A dedicated contact

One OASIS point of contact for the framework coordinator — for the whole period.

  • Concentrated interview days

One day instead of dozens of separate arrangements — interviews for all participants together.

  • Training and preparation for work

Role preparation, what the employer expects, and basic rights and duties at work.

  • Schedule flexibility

Fitting around the framework’s programme where possible — study days, seminars and special dates.

  • A path to coordination and team-lead roles

Participants who are suited and interested can grow into coordination and team-lead roles with us.

How we work with your group

  1. A call with the coordinator

Understanding the group: how many participants, which area, which dates and what they are after.

  2. Designing the track

We propose relevant roles, a placement model and a timeline.

  3. Interview day

We come to your group or host you at our offices — and interview all the participants.

  4. Onboarding and start

Paperwork, training and a coordinated start.

  5. Support through the period

Ongoing updates for the coordinator and personal support for participants.
