Israel's national census
Over 200 field workers covering ~70,000 census points in the central district, for the Central Bureau of Statistics.
The census is the largest data-collection project in the country. We built the recruitment effort hand in hand with the customer, fully managed by OASIS — in-person and online training, allocation into geographic sectors, and ongoing checking and improvement of output and quality.
National mapping project
Data collection for an international technology company across 10 major cities, with more than 60 field workers.
Imagery and video collected with modern field equipment. OASIS ran the recruiting — finding candidates, interviews, online and in-person training — alongside day-to-day management in the field: supervision, improving collection quality, professional refreshers, discipline and payroll.
COVID-19 testing sites
Over 100 field workers at testing sites nationwide, deployed at very short notice, as part of the support effort for the Ministry of Health.
During the pandemic OASIS supplied (as a subcontractor) field staff who worked as samplers and marshals at the testing sites and distributed home-testing kits — recognised as essential workers at the time.
