What we collect
Contact details you choose to give us: name, phone, email, company or framework name, and the content of your message.
When you apply for a role: the above, your answers to the role’s screening questions, and a CV file if you upload one.
When you use the digital assistant: the conversation content, and — only if you choose to leave them — a name and phone number.
Aggregate operational usage data about the site, without personal identifiers.
The public site never asks for a national ID number, bank details or medical information.
Why we use it
To reply to an enquiry you initiated.
To assess your suitability for roles and to refer you to employers as part of a recruitment process.
To manage the business relationship with customers and frameworks.
To operate and secure the site and prevent abuse.
For marketing updates — only where you ticked the separate marketing consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Sharing with third parties
Candidate information may be shared with the relevant employer to assess suitability, and only to the extent required for that.
Information is shared with the technology providers used to run this site, under confidentiality obligations.
Information will be disclosed to a competent authority where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries and leads are kept for as long as they are needed to handle them, and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Digital-assistant conversations are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete your information — we will handle the request and respond as required by law.
Security
Personal areas are password protected, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and authorization is checked server-side on every request.
Documents can only be downloaded by the person or organization they belong to, and every download is recorded in an audit log.
Cookies
The site uses a technical cookie to remember your language choice, and a session cookie in the personal areas. Both are necessary for the site to work.
The site does not load third-party advertising or tracking scripts.
Access, correction and deletion requests
You may contact us to see the information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. We will handle the request and respond as required by law.
