Managed workforce projects

A whole team, our responsibility

A whole team under OASIS responsibility — we recruit, train, schedule and manage, with a dedicated OASIS project manager.

Your challenge

Many organizations can hire workers. The hard part comes after: who trains them, who sets the shifts, who covers when someone is out, and who answers when something goes wrong. In the end, your managers spend their time on this instead of on the business itself.

What OASIS takes responsibility for

  • Recruiting and fully staffing the team, including replacing leavers and filling gaps
  • Training and onboarding that follow your procedures
  • Daily scheduling and shift management
  • A dedicated OASIS project manager — one person answerable to you for everything
  • On-site quality control and ongoing reporting

How it works

  1. 01

    Understand the need

Together we work out how many workers you need, for which roles, on what timeline, and what the work needs to achieve.

  2. 02

    Plan the team

We set out what the team looks like: who does what, how shifts are set, how people are trained, and how the quality of the work is checked.

  3. 03

    Recruit and train

We find the right people, screen them and train them — including concentrated hiring days when you need many workers fast.

  4. 04

    Go live

Work starts — all at once or step by step — and our managers are on site more in the first days.

  5. 05

    Run and improve

We manage the day-to-day, measure, fix what is not working, and keep improving over time.

Frequently asked questions

Who actually employs the workers?

The employment model is set in the agreement with the customer and varies by project type. We set out the implications precisely during scoping.

How long until the team starts working?

It depends on how many workers you need, for which roles and where. Once we understand the need we commit to a timeline — and we will not promise a date before we have checked that it is possible.

Let’s start with a short call

Twenty minutes is enough to understand what you need: how many workers, when you need them, and how we would work together.
